Dina Meyer was born and raised at Forest Hills Queens New York. Just before finishing junior high, she moved out of Queens into Dix Hills Long Island. Two of her brothers are Gregory, her elder brother, and Evan. Her career began in entertainment when she was nine years old and did modeling. Ron Stetson trained her in the acting techniques of Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse. The process took approximately three years. Sandra Bullock has received the same training as Jeff Goldblum and Leslie Nielsen. Her first role was in the soap-opera Beverly Hills, 90210, in which she had to relocate out to Los Angeles. The role was as the lead lady on Johnny Mnemonic in which she did almost every stunt herself, and established her skills as an actress. Her agent also represents Matt LeBlanc she scored a role as a guest star on Friends.
